In Tea Ceremony, we have a tea gathering held from 5 a.m., which embodies the spirit of self-discipline and self-improvement. Only those who arrive early in the morning can enjoy this tea. You use a tea whisk to prepare your own matcha here, then you instantly enter the world of Zen. The true pleasure of the tea ceremony lies in the joy of self-discipline.
